Bernard Buttone, Executive Director

Bernard’s main focus is to design, execute, manage, and communicate the initiatives and operations of Camp Keith. This includes areas of budgeting, sales, forecasting, managing resources, and maximizing the ability of Camp Keith to grow its revenue year-round. He also oversees campground maintenance and equipment procurement and management.

Chris Mizell, Executive Director

Chris oversees development of the educational and cultural component of Camp Keith. Through hiring counselors and educators and creating educational programming, he ensures that Camp Keith is a safe, fun, and transformative experience for all Camp Keith participants.

Evette David, Nurse on Duty

Evette, with a 30 year career in healthcare administration, oversees the healthcare center, ensuring it is fully stocked with necessary supplies and medications. She attends to all things camper and staff health related, including conduct health screenings upon camper arrival and monitoring any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs. In addition, Evette responds to medical emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Jordana Cunningham, Parent Facilitator

Jordana is a dedicated and compassionate parent facilitator who plays a crucial role in ensuring that families have a positive and enriching experience at camp. With her warm demeanor and strong communication skills, she serves as a valuable liaison between the camp staff and parents, fostering open communication and building a sense of community.

Kia Gill, Head Counselor

Kia, a career educator, supports camper and counselor development and leadership. She supervises and supports a team of counselors, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed. During our sessions, Kia addresses camper behavior issues and conflicts in a calm and constructive manner, using positive reinforcement and redirection.
